Simon:

I'm originally from Watford but now I live in Newbury with my wife, 2 daughters and Topsy the cat.

Ive been involved in 'the trades' for much of my working life and have in the last 15 years focused on the service, repair and replacement of oil boilers.

I run a large motorcycle club for owners of ex-army trail bikes and am often found in my workshop elbow deep in an engine or two.

I love old Land Rovers and have had a few, I have recently sadly cut my collection from 3 down to 2.

Oh and I like biscuits, a lot.

Nick:

I'm Newbury born and bred. I live in Woolton Hill with my wife, 2 sons and the dog.

Ive been tinkering with mechanical objects since I was a child, I just could never keep my hand off fixing things.

I spent many years managing a local garden centre where I could never keep my hands off their boilers...

Simon eventually persuaded me to jump ship and work on boilers full time...Ive never looked back and now we make a great team.

I enjoy cross country cycling and generally keeping fit.

Tea? Thank you very much, milk no sugar....

Paul:

I have lived in West Berkshire all my life, and currently I live in Thatcham with my wife, two sons and our dog Rosie.

My interest in fixing things was sparked with my first classic car, an MGB that a friend and I partly restored before completing a tour around Europe. This then led onto rallying where I competed and serviced on many clubman rallies in this country and in Ireland over the years.

I have worked in various service roles over the years, but have always enjoyed the more personal touch of working with a small team and building a relationship with our customers.

Why use us?

We are totally honest. The business name is transparent. We care.

We am not the cheapest but will do the most comprehensive and integrous job possible.

You will find us polite and we will respect your home.

We carry a HUGE range of spares so your boiler or heating can be fixed quickly, usually on the first call.

As well as all that nicety, you'll get a great job done at a fair and honest price :-)

Charities I support - and you could help with...

While driving around peoples houses every day, I collect old tools for TSFR, for more details click the logo. It doesnt matter what condition these are in as if beyond use, they will be sold for scrap to pay towards fuel for the project, if useable they will be reconditioned and put into prescribed tool kits.
